In Asian studies class we are learning about China, Korea and Japan. In Asian History class I was shocked about China had 5 different religions. Confusion, Taoism, Legalism, Mencius, and Buddhism. They were founded in very similar time and the goal that they aiming for is also very similar. However, they took different path. Especially Mencius and Legalism. These two are aiming to unite all the countries in Asia. For Mencius, they do not force to make people to do something but by treating with kindness and by educating those people, people will cooperate and unite countries into one. On the other hand, Legalism was forcing people and make them fear the law and follow the way it should be. Educations were all blocked as well. In the end, Legalism country which is Qing Dynasty have united the world… Its like fighting of religion rather than fighting between countries.
In Dracula’s Guest and the original Dracula, similar Gothic elements were used, such as pathetic fallacy, setting, death, and the theme of man vs. god. Also, the main character in each of the books looks down on people. In both introductions, he describes how pitiful the local people are. In addition, both introductions exhibit a change of setting. At first they both describe beautiful scenery, but later on this scenery turns dark. Furthermore, the main character in both introductions encounters danger on Walpurgis night.
However, the basic format of the story is different. In Dracula, bad things happen after Jonathan goes to Dracula’s house, but in Dracula’s Guest, bad things happen before he reaches his destination. In Dracula, Jonathan directly faces Dracula, but in Dracula’s Guest, the main character does not come face to face with Dracula, he only corresponds with him through telegram. Also in the original introduction, it seems that the village people are not aware of who Dracula is and they do not fear him.
In my point of view, the new version is better than the earlier version. It has smoother story. In original Dracula every thing happened all of the sudden with like the main character walks down the road and he suddenly goes to graveyard by not my his instinct, ‘something’ comes to him but when he woke up he was alive saved by people all of the sudden. In Dracula’s Guest, only a bit of information is given to make readers understand the story. Such as, there aren’t any information about what kind of relationship between Dracula and the main character has.

John Mayer is one of my favorite pop singer. His voice is different than any other pop singer. His voice singing style is very similar with Pak Hyo Shin in Korea. They are both low toned voice singer but they are able to mange high tone where even well trained singers have problem with it. John Mayor is one of a guy from 3J. 3J represents John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Jammie Cullum. They are all pop singers who were chosen as the best singer.
The worst weaknesses in my writing are GRAMMAR and WORD CHOICE
Since English was my second language,
I wasn’t able write a perfect essay without making any grammar mistake
I really want to improve my grammar
I enjoyed taking Economic class
My dream WAS to become a economist.
Economic class projects were fun
They were mostly making a video and a speech.

However, I have noticed that without having tutor or lesson, I would not get a grade that I wanted
